As you can imagine, our strict requirements limit the number of qualified caregivers added to our registry each month. This is just fine by us…. as we consider ourselves a “boutique” registry. We keep our client base small to ensure high quality care and attention. To foster the best possible outcomes in the home setting, we focus on caregiver experience and keeping the caregivers that come into the home consistent and as few as possible. This gives caregivers, clients and family members the opportunity to build trust and foster a healthy bond.
